ParticipantGuys, hello!
I want to discuss the topic of anxiety. Lately, it has become very difficult to concentrate on things. Something constantly worries me – work, the future, even ordinary everyday things. It is difficult to fall asleep, I often wake up at night with heavy thoughts. I tried to breathe deeply, do exercises, but this does not help for long. Maybe someone has had similar situations? How do you cope with this condition? I am interested not only in meditation, but also in other methods. Maybe there are some specific habits or tools that help you feel better and calmer?April 25, 2025 at 1:20 AM #210021orion
ParticipantHi! I recently found interesting app called Liven. It helps cope with anxiety and organize your day. It has features such as creating to-do list, tracking your mood, and even short courses that explain the causes of anxiety. The app supposedly helps you identify what factors cause stress and learn to cope with them. For example, if you are worried about perfectionism or low self-esteem, app helps you figure it out. I read about it on techtimes.com, if you are interested, read it. Very useful thing!

ParticipantSounds interesting! I also often feel anxious and need something to help me organize my day. I have heard that there are different ways to reduce stress, but I have never tried an app for this. I will definitely check out Liven now. I think that if you manage your time and mood correctly, you can reduce anxiety.

ParticipantSome days it’s manageable, and other days even simple tasks feel overwhelming. I’ve tried breathing exercises, journaling, and cutting back on caffeine—but sometimes it still feels like I’m just getting by, not really living. That’s when I started looking into other options and came across LifeQuality TMS https://lifequalitytms.com/tms-for-anxiety/ . They focus on helping people break free from the constant weight of depression and anxiety, using treatments like TMS that go beyond traditional approaches. Honestly, just knowing there’s help out there that’s actually focused on restoring your quality of life gives me a little more hope.
